I was given the opportunity to be designing a residential space that is currently located in Dubai, UAE. Requirements were given and objectives were made.

2. B R I E F I N T R O D U C T I O N
The perfect opportunity to own a home-

4. Living area
It includes a modern sofa and the Louis chair paired
with a modern coffee table. A traditional chandelier is
kept for the eclectic feeling. A wall mounted TV is placed
with four speakers and two shelving.
Materials used comprises with wood frames, embossed
wallpaper, marble wall mount and different fabric
patterns.
5. Dining area
A dining table with a glass table top with ghost chairs to
pair with. A lounge area is kept for a simple rest area
beside the feature wall. The feature wall is inspired by
the french farm house where plates are kept as a design.
A mirror is placed to have an illusion of making the
room bigger.
This area consists of wooden frames, plastic for the
chairs, ceramic plates, and patterned texture fabrics.
6. Kitchen and Bar
The kitchen that has the minimalist style with the
eclectic touch from the back splash. Under cabinet
lighting is placed for the comfort of cooking. The bar can
accommodate four people a time, the bar can be used
when having a light meal.
These consists of wood veneer cabinets, stainless steel
sink and stove, marble counter-top, and fabrics for the
bar stools.
7. Foyer
A foyer is given to have ease on keeping small everyday
necessities like the telephone, newspapers, car keys, etc.
A book shelf is placed to make use of the wall space to
keep the everyday reading.
These consists of wooden frames, glass tops, wood
laminated book shelf, and an eclectic incandescent
lighting.
8. Convertible bed
A convertible bed to maximize the space when not in use
and is shown as a cabinet with shelving. With its in-
built cove and recessed lighting, this could change the
traditional way of using lamps beside the bed.
These include a warm lighting for the mood, stainless
steel frame and wooden frames.
9. Vanity and Wardrobe
With its modern lennon chair and minimalist round
mirror hanged; a vanity placed beside a full length
window shows the true elegance of the french side. A
customized modern hanging wardrobe that lets the
clothes feel free without doors, which is attached to a
vertical cabinet for towels and personal items.
These consists of wooden table tops, glass door panels,
spray painted cabinets, and lighting for ease of use.
