Telovations Auto Attendant provides automated call routing to increase customer satisfaction. It allows callers to be transferred to destinations through menu options like one-key dialing, operator dialing, name dialing by spelling the name, or extension dialing. The Auto Attendant can be used as a standalone application or combined with other Telovations services. It has advanced features like simple configuration, flexibility in call routing, automatic updates to account for user changes, and night service to route calls differently outside business hours.
