BACKGROUND
I am a Bachelor of Science Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management, Major in Culinary
graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines. Ready and willing to
work in a prestigious and well-known hotel or restaurant in the culinary department. I worked
for one year at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at Destin, Florida. I worked at the Banquet
Kitchen and at the Marina Bar and Grill as a cook and as a server.
I am passionate when it comes to cooking and enthusiastic to embrace new trends in cookery. I
am most inclined to excel in the hot kitchen. I love working in a fast paced basis and love to
interact with people at the same time.
