2. Find Your Tribe: Analysis You are a Boy Racer! But you prefer to be called a street racer, thanks very much. This gang live for their cars, but not just any cars mind. These mean machines (bought for under a tenner on eBay and souped up with the equivalent of a year’s salary) need all the trimmings, a hot babe and, crucially, a sound system hooked up for maximum bass. How else do you make a car park sound like a club?
3. ?What do I think? Analysis: This is an interesting result from the website. I do have an interest in cars, and have recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsawith custom wheels. However I do not agree with the fact that my mind set is solely based around car racing, because I am also focused on the media industry and how it is evolving. I have only just turned 17, and I am also interesting in learning new languages, which are French and Spanish. The overall representation of boy racers are negative, which I do not look because I am different to the stereotypical representation. I am saving for a variety of things, not for just my car, but car insurance is also constantly on my mind.
4. Find your tribe: My area Townies are the most popular in my area.
5. Further Reflection My current UK tribe is not the largest in the UK, which is surprising because a vast majority of so called “Boy Racers” are in my area, and attract a lot of bad attention with the police and general public. Once I past my test I will not be like this, and will be a careful road user. I am interested in girls though however! Reflection: I do not think that I am a complete boy racer, however when I am older I am interested in working in the car industry, for companies such as Porsche or BMW. I believe find my tribe has only shown a certain aspect to my personality because life is not all about the personal possessions your have.
