A GENERAL EASTWARD MOTION WITH INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H... WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
