Post-Tropical Cyclone Carlos has weakened to a remnant low with maximum sustained winds of 30 mph located about 15 miles south of Cabo Corriente, Mexico. The storm is moving north-northwest at 7 mph and is expected to dissipate by Thursday. Additional rainfall of around 1 inch could produce flash flooding and mudslides in parts of Jalisco, Mexico. Swells along the coast of southwestern Mexico will continue to cause dangerous surf and rip currents through tonight. This was the last advisory issued on the remnant low.
