foundation analysis and prepared a Geotechnical Report in accordance with AREMA requirements for the bridge
carrying CN Railroad over Plum Creek in Sparta, Illinois.

Provided geotechnical engineeringservicesfor the proposed IL 17/IL 91 bridge replacement project over Spoon River
and prepared a structural geotechnical report (SGR). The SGR included recommendations for driven piles.
INDOT Project and Designation No. 0801016; Proposed East Michigan Boulevard (US 35) Improvement

Coordinated field exploration activities, reviewed, and approved all field data. Oversaw the laboratory testing
program and provided recommendations in the geotechnical report regarding the design of the proposed
roadway. Recommendations included the proposed pavement section along with subgrade preparation, undercuts,
and construction considerations.
Foxmoor & Foxford Subdivision, Merrillville, Indiana
Construction Manager
Implemented the use of Class ‘C’ fly-ash instead of lime as an alternative for stabilization of roadways/parkingareas
in a 15 acre subdivision. Reduced the subgrade stabilization costs by almost 40% for the client (Ryan Construction).
Provided engineering recommendations and supervision during construction for field encountered issues with
foundations, deep excavations, and pavement subgrade.
