2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION
A. T. MALLARI BUILDERS is a Tarlac- based Design + Build
firm that offers a wide range of construction related
services. Formed in October 2012, its key officers have
wide array experience in their specific areas of expertise,
particularly in architecture, general construction and fit
out works. For the past year alone, our team have
successfully completed and worked on small to medium
scale construction, renovation and alteration projects
focusing on residential contracting, warehouses,
commercial buildings, interior finishing, fit-out works &
Site Development projects. Now we are engaged on
multi-million projects on agro-industrial and heavy steel
works like factories & warehouses.
Eng’r. Alvin, the company’s owner/manager is a registered
Civil Engineer for more than twenty five years who works
with Contractors, Architects and Interior Designers and
handles different projects from Mansions, restaurants,
Corporate offices and Apartments to Commercial Buildings
and Warehouses/Industrial projects during his practice.
He is a globally certified Project Management Professional
given by Project Management Institute (PMI) in
Pennsylvania USA.
