If you are arriving to our Orlando hotel from Orlando Airport (MCO), shuttles and taxis are available on the
Transportation Level at the airport. You can use Mears Motor Shuttle. Current pricing is approx. $28.00
per adult and $20.00 for children 4 -11 years old. A typical taxi fare will run you around $40.00.

Your room rate includes buffet breakfast and the EXPO provides lunch on Monday and Tuesday.
During the EXPO, ASTD provides ongoing shuttle service to and from the Hotels and Convention
Center. The shuttles run every 15-20 mins and the schedule is posted in hotel lobby.
Expense Reports – if your travel is covered by Global Event Management, please complete and
attached receipts to Debra Lucenti.
o If submitted by Friday, May 27 by Noon, you will get payment by June 3. Needed earlier
due to Memorial Day Holiday. Anything afterwards, will get paid by subsequent Fridays.
