Project – PRISM PURE
Duration: FEB 2014 to OCT 2014.

The PRISM PURE Project, as part of the larger PRISM project, has been deemed necessary in order to sustain to
provide two critical solutions to Alaska’s needs for its Greater Prudhoe Bay field. First, Alaska needs a way to update
well performance, through PROSPER models, to continue to provide accuracy to system modeling and optimization.
Second, Alaska needs a standard way to generate rate tables, which are utilized for the SCADA systems and
allocations.
PrISM (Prudhoe Integrated System Models) helps standardize rate estimation in Alaska, the PrISM project engineers
seek to have a centralized PURE (Prosper Updating and Rate Estimation) tool. The PURE tool will be a new automated
solution to build and sustain PROSPER models for use in PrISM and for the construction of rates tables for use in
Alaska SCADA systems.
My Role: Developer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designing GUI and Coding Business Logic using Telerik Kendo Controls.
• Application was written using MVC 5, C#, Razor, Java Script, JQuery, AJAX and Web Service.
• Used SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views while conducting Database Implementation.

Microsoft Lync has been used in BP since 2011 and since then has seen rapid adoption for instant messaging, soft phone,
conferencing, desktop sharing and video calls. Lync is offered to BP end users in 3 flavors: The Lync Basic service is the default
option, provided to all users free of charge. This allows the user to use Lync for instant messaging, PC-to-PC calls, and to join
Lync conference calls. The Lync Phone service includes all Lync Basic features and adds a soft phone capability and enables the
user to host Lync conference calls. The Lync Video service includes all Lync Basic and Lync Phone features and adds the ability
to send and receive video for Lync calls and conferences, and provides a virtual meeting room (vRoom) for Polycom-hosted
multiparty video conferences. Users are able to upgrade and downgrade their Lync service by using the Lync Self Service
Portal.
