Arturs Berzins worked for Bloomfield Hospitality Ltd from December 2013 to August 2014. He started as a housekeeper but was quickly moved to customer service roles as he had a natural affinity for customer relations. He was diligent, a quick learner, and well-liked by customers and colleagues. Many customers still ask about him today. His managers say he was very popular among coworkers and that they would have considered him for management roles if he had stayed. They would rehire him and believe he has a bright future in hospitality.

To whom it may concern,
Arturs Berzins worked for Bloomfield Hospitality Ltd from 27 December 2013 until
16 August 2014. During this time he was diligent, a very quick learner and well
liked by customers and colleagues alike.
Arturs started with us as a housekeeper. Soon after he joined it became clear that
he had a natural affinity for customer relations and was moved into a front line
position serving customers behind the bar and waiting on tables. It was clear that
he was capable of much more and is probably why he sought to improve himself
further with education.
To this day, many of our customers enquire into how Arturs is doing. He was very
popular among his co-workers. Had Arturs decided to stay with us, we would
have considered him for supervisory or management positions. We would
certainly re-hire Arturs if he decided to work with us again.
I am sure that Arturs has a very bright future and would be an asset to any
hospitality organisation going forward. We wish him the best of luck in his future
career.
