 Prepare the organizational readiness plan and attempt meeting with contact owner& DPMs.
 Analyze the impacts on internal operational procedures, systems and processes and co-ordinate, support
the updating of all relevant documentation.
 Participate in the preparation of the business operability tests.
 Prepare and circulate the Approve Release Notes to PM or DPM.
 Provide post-implementation support and contribute to the project close down report.
