INTEGRATION FOR INDUSTRY 4.0 SCALE
Stratasys is a one stop shop for the broadest range of solutions in the industry.
It’s all supported by a growing set of software and cloud solutions to integrate with the factory floor.  Not only our GrabCAD
solutions but now APIs to integrate the leading third party applications.
This is what it takes to lead in Additive Manufacturing 2.0.

STRATASYS TECHNOLOGIES
P3 evolved from DLP (Digital light processing), converting a
liquid to a solid by using a projector to polymerize a
photopolymer resin. The light source is a projector, which
simultaneously exposes an entire slice, therefore fast.
P3
Stereolithography (SLA), an additive manufacturing process,
uses a vat of liquid UV-curable photopolymer resin and a UV
laser to build parts one layer at a time.
Using the photopolymerization process, light causes chains
of molecules to link together, forming polymers that make up
the body of a three-dimensional solid.
SLA
Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF) is a powder Bed Fusion
technology but with steroids! As fusion occurs all across the
width of the bed, not point-to-point as other technologies, so
SAF is Powder Bed-wide Fusion
With SAF technology, a full bed-wide section is selectively
jetted all at once, significantly accelerating productivity vs.
other technologies that do this point-to-point (E.g. Laser
Sintering).

The light source is a projector, which simultaneously exposes an entire slice, therefore fast.  P3 Stereolithography (SLA), an additive manufacturing process, uses a vat of liquid UV-curable photopolymer resin and a UV laser to build parts one layer at a time. Using the photopolymerization process, light causes chains of molecules to link together, forming polymers that make up the body of a three-dimensional solid. Using the photopolymerization process, light causes chains of molecules to link together, forming polymers that make up the body of a three-dimensional solid. SLA Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF) is a powder Bed Fusion technology but with steroids! As fusion occurs all across the width of the bed, not point-to-point as other technologies, so SAF is Powder Bed-wide Fusion With SAF technology, a full bed-wide section is selectively jetted all at once, significantly accelerating productivity vs. other technologies that do this point-to-point (E.g. Laser Sintering). SAF Next Page >> 19
