Areniscas Stone - Pinaresca extracts sandstone and limestone blocks from its own quarries in Burgos, Spain. It has incorporated concepts of quality, sustainability, research and development, and employee training. The company's factory and quarries are located near each other on a 40,000 square meter area. The research building houses labs, training rooms, offices, a museum and showroom. Areniscas Stone practices sustainability in all stages including reforestation after quarry closure.
2. Areniscas Stone - Pinaresca commenced its activity in 1999 with the extraction of blocks from our
own open quarries located in Burgos, in Northern Spain.
As it has evolved, Areniscas Stone - Pinaresca has incorporated in its day to day activities concepts
such as quality, sustainability, R+D+i, & continuous training for employees.
Parallel to this, the technological progress and expansion of its human resources has positioned
us an exemplary company world-wide.

Once the quarry has been closed, we proceed
to rehabilitate the area.
A reforestation plan is then drawned up.

vegetation is planted.
