The ARENA program is designed for senior managers and executives of sports organizations funded by Sport Ireland. It aims to foster excellent leadership over 3 modules on responsibility, relationships, and results. The program involves assessments, classroom learning, activities, forums, coaching, and an online platform. It will run from April to September 2016 with modules taking place in Dublin. Applications are due by February 29th and require approval from the applicant's line manager.

What is ARENA?
ARENA is Sport’s Ireland new Leadership
Development Programme. Sector specific,
its main aim is to foster excellent leadership in
sports organisations funded by Sport Ireland.
