Justifying the Funding and needs for this program include Staffing, Community Assessment Research Development, Marketing, Funding for Ongoing Process, Printing, Evaluation, Delivering Program to the community. Of the 65 articles and sources reviewed, plus random surveys, polls this preliminary longitudinal study reveals concerning evidence of an epidemic related to the trends of tattooing, ink production and inking related skin complications.   7. There are several known issues from the evidence including Trend = More Available Ink Colors From? Tattoos Performed Known Industry Issues Reported Skin Infections Lost Wages Cognitive Dissonance Theory Applied. Therefore, many benefits to changing behavior exist
  8. Multiple Theoretical Frameworks Are Applied considering WHY?
