Both a translator and
reviewer work on each
project (where clients choose
review). The reviewer checks
for correctness, appropriate
writing style and consistency
of translation.
OUR TRANSLATORS
All of our translators must:
Be native translators with a
higher-education degree

PHASE 1 Project Preparation:
The project manager
appoints a project team,
prepares a project
kit/glossary and provides
technical training for team
members if necessary.
The project manager is
responsible for pre-assessing
any project in order to foresee
potential problems and find
feasible solutions in advance
to avoid any unexpected
setbacks.

THE TRANSLATION PROCESS:
PHASE 2
Translation, Editing
and Proofreading
Process (TEP):
Query reports and regular meetings are
used to share information, keep track of
progress and resolve any difficulties
promptly.
Editors review all translations by comparing the
target language against the source language.
Accuracy, grammar, spelling and writing style are
checked thoroughly.
Proof readers also
simulate the
experience of the
end user by
checking the text
without referring
to the source
documents.

PHASE 3 Quality Assurance Process:
TIL perform a final Quality Assurance
check using a 3rd linguist to ensure the
translation is error free.
TIL use TM (Translation Memory) tools to create project specific
glossaries that aid all translators and proof-readers working on a
project. TM tools help maintain language consistency across multiple
projects and translators.
After the translation
process is complete, our
QA specialists will check
and test each and every
project before delivering to
the client.

Sign off and summery:PHASE 4
A sign off meeting is held among the project
team members and the QA manager to
perform a final review of the completed
project to ensure all of the requirements have
been satisfied with the required quality.
The PM and QA manager
internally evaluate the project
quality and team members
performance. The translation
memory and glossary are
updated and stored in our
system.
OUR RATES
We have a standard set of rates which are available on request. These rates may vary
depending on factors such as the size, timeframe, language rarity and if any
specialist knowledge of the subject matter is required.
