The ARCHIVER project is a 36-month, €3.4 million procurement to develop archiving and data preservation services for scientific data using commercial cloud services. A consortium of buyers and experts from CERN and other organizations will work with suppliers to address challenges of storing, preserving, and providing access to petabytes of scientific data from multiple domains. Upcoming activities include an open market consultation, drafting tender documents, and engaging early adopters to provide feedback and test developed solutions. The goal is to make the resulting archiving services commercially available after the project through the European Open Science Cloud.

Benefits:
Be consulted for feedback on the tender documents before its publication,
