3. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES
1. Only candidates for B.Tech/LL.B/MBBS/B.Sc Nursing/B.F.Sc Degree
Examinations are eligible to apply for revaluation. There is no provision for
revaluation of practical examinations.
2. Application for revaluation should be in the prescribed form and submitted to
the Exam Centre along with the prescribed fee Rs.275/- (Two hundred and
Seventy-five only) per paper within the time limit prescribed for the same in the
result notification. Rs.15/- should also be remitted towards cost of application.
3. A copy of the marklist or print out of the marks obtained from the website of
the University shall be enclosed along with the application for revaluation
4. Incomplete and late applications will be rejected.
5. The result of revaluation will be published in the official site of the University.
6. a) If the fee is sent by way of Demand Draft (DD),
(i) The DD should be drawn on: (a) State Bank of Travancore (SBT) or (b) State
Bank of India (SBI) or (c) Any associate bank of SBI
(ii) In favour of: The Registrar, CUSAT
(iii) Payable at: (a) If drawn on SBT – Cochin University Campus branch
(Code: 70235) ; (b) If drawn on SBI or any associate bank – Ernakulam
(iv) The DD should be enclosed to this application form
b) Remittance by way of chalan is applicable only in the case of candidates of
School of Engineering and Cochin University College of Engineering
Kuttanad.
