The document discusses strategies for rural development in Madagascar based on Korea's experience. It notes that agriculture is a key sector, contributing 27.3% of GDP, but faces weaknesses like low budgets, limited technology, and poor infrastructure. The government's strategy includes promoting market-driven agriculture, diversifying crops, and building infrastructure. The proposed model would create "agro-zones" in each village focusing on income generation, education, infrastructure like roads and wells, and cooperatives to monitor production quality and supply demand. The expected outcomes are self-reliant villages with jobs, improved infrastructure and skills, and enhanced competitiveness.
