Steve Jobs was born to an Egyptian Arab father and American mother and was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs. He dropped out of Reed College and joined the Homebrew Computer Club where he met Steve Wozniak. In 1976, Jobs and Wozniak co-founded Apple Computer Company with a mission to provide affordable personal computers, releasing the Apple I and Apple II. Jobs later returned to Apple in 1997 and led very profitable ventures including the iPhone. The Apple logo evolved over time from Isaac Newton under an apple tree to the iconic "bitten" rainbow logo to a monochrome logo to the modern glass-themed version.
