3. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Sending Love is an app that will help support & care for homeless
and underprivileged individuals around the world and in your own
community
Many people are not mindful of the homeless or do not put helping
others as a priority
This app is created to help keep people reminded of all the ways to
volunteer
I hope that Sending Love will encourage a tremendous amount of
people to understand the impact that they can make on certain
individuals by simply volunteering part of your day to brighten theirs
I foster a child who lives in Puerto Rico, but I want to learn about
other ways to help people in my home town

4. HOW TO USE
Download the app from the
Apple App store
Follow shelters and
organizations & like their posts!
Turn the app on and it will ask you to sign
up and make an account via e-mail and
password
Following these shelters and
organizations will benefit you because
you see events posted by organizations
You will be asked if you choose to turn
your location settings on so that you can
find out about local homeless shelters’
volunteer events & information
If you choose to sign up for an event, you
click on the event and then click request
to volunteer. When you get accepted, you
will receive a notification
