Purpose: To identify barriers to HIV testing in Middlesex County in order to increase testing rates and
link more people to care.
Significance: HIV remains a serious public health issue. In New Jersey, there were over 1,000 new HIV
diagnoses in 2016. However, it is estimated that 1 in 5 people living with HIV are unaware of their status.
Identifying barriers to testing is crucial to ending the HIV epidemic.
Method/Approach: A mixed-methods approach was used. An anonymous online survey was distributed
U.S. Clay Building Material And Refractories Market. Analysis And Forecast to...IndexBox Marketing
This document provides a sample report on the U.S. clay building material and refractories market from 2016-2020. It includes an executive summary with key findings on market value, production, imports and exports. The report then covers market trends, overview including value and trade balance, domestic production, imports, exports, competitive landscape and company profiles. Tables and figures presented analyze values, volumes, prices and other data from 2008-2015 on the production, trade and structure of the industry.
This document describes technologies for producing cost effective building materials using environment friendly processes. It discusses several options for producing compressed earth bricks and fly ash-sand-lime-gypsum bricks using manual or hydraulic presses. The fly ash bricks can be produced at scales of 1.8 to 6 million bricks annually depending on the type of machine used. They have a compressive strength of 60-150 kg/cm2 and water absorption of 8-10%. Compressed earth blocks can also be made manually or using machines at scales of 150,000 to 360,000 blocks per year. Their compressive strength ranges from 20-100 kg/cm2. The document provides details on the machinery, production capacity, costs and other specifications for setting
The document describes the characteristics of two materials - paper and balsa wood. Paper is described as soft, flexible, bouncy, and weak alone but strong when stacked. Balsa wood is described as soft, light, strong only with certain glues, fragile, slightly flexible, and with a rough surface. Both discuss concepts and inspirations - paper mentions a curvy edge for texture and a hollow sphere to increase strength, while balsa wood mentions inspirations like a Christmas tree, stars, rotation, and equilateral triangles.
BIM STANDARDS (PHASE ONE)
Introduction
In order to promote BIM to industry stakeholders and establish a set of BIM specifications and common practice for the industry’s reference, the CIC commissioned a consultant to prepare Hong Kong’s local BIM standards
Phase One of the consultancy service would focus on the architectural and structural models in the stages of scheme, preliminary design, detailed design, submission to approving authority, construction, and as-built. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) models would cover up to the scheme and preliminary design stages only.
The Standards
The Standards is now officially published. Industry practitioners are welcome to download the Standards:

Health economic evaluation is presented as a tool to demonstrate the value of health care interventions in terms of both clinical and economic outcomes. The key concepts of health economics evaluation are defined, including comparing costs and outcomes of at least two alternatives from various perspectives. Types of economic analyses - cost analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-utility analysis - are introduced. The document provides examples of health economic evaluations influencing coverage decisions for treatments in Thailand.
The document provides an introduction to dosage form design. It discusses key principles such as how drugs are formulated using excipients to create various dosage forms like solutions, suspensions, and tablets. It also covers important considerations for dosage form design like routes of administration, drug properties, factors that influence absorption, and therapeutic factors. The goals of dosage design are to deliver drugs in a suitable form for the administration route and provide desired release properties and stability.

Effective pharmacy services are essential for patient treatment and care in hospitals.
2. timber as a sustainable building materialjbusse
Timber is a renewable and sustainable building material that can be harvested from managed forests and plantations. It has low embodied energy, stores carbon, and has reuse and recycling options at the end of its life. When used properly through good design, detailing, and maintenance, timber can provide durable construction with low environmental impacts over its full life cycle.
STONE -As A Building Material.
Stones have been considered as one of the popular building material from the olden days due to their availability in abundance from the natural rocks. Building stones should possess enough strength and durability.
The stones which are suitable for the construction of the structures such as retaining walls, abutments, dams, barrages, roads etc are known as building stones.
This document discusses the science of pharmacy and pharmacognosy. It defines pharmacy as dealing with the procurement, testing, storage, and conversion of drugs into suitable forms. Pharmacognosy is defined as the study of drugs from biological origins, including plants, animals, and minerals. The document outlines the scope of pharmacognosy, including isolation of phytochemicals, structure-activity relationships, cultivation of medicinal plants, and development of herbal formulations. Physical and chemical parameters used to evaluate crude drugs are also summarized, such as ash values, swelling factor, and extractive values.
