tabeli imiona tych osób, a obok nich informacje, które chcesz im przekazać. Co byś im
powiedział/powiedziała by zwiększyć szansę powodzenia w swoim procesie odchudzania?

sprzyjają one odchudzaniu czy raczej powodują, że jest ono wystawione na dodatkowe trudności. Zwróć
uwagę na wszystko, począwszy od: ustawienia biurka w sąsiedztwie kuchni, cukierni w pobliżu domu,
ustawieniu mebli itd. Wszystko ma znaczenie. Wypisz wszystko co przychodzi Ci do głowy. Pomyśl co
możesz zrobić by zmienić to niekorzystne oddziaływanie przedmiotów i miejsc.
