3. This is about an eskimo girl, called Maggie, she had several problems. Maggie lived in a village
away from the city and they don't have much money and jobs. They hunted caribou.
One day Maggie asked her father for the lunch but they didn't have any meat or fruit and they
didn't have money to buy food in the shop.They didn't have meat because the caribou escaped.
One day the men of the village went to hunt caribou and Maggie wanted to go with them, but the
tradition said : “the women can´t go hunting” but Maggie didn't agree with this tradition. One day
Maggie took the snowmobile and her dog Ankiak and she went to hunt caribou. When he was in the
snow road, the snowmobile stopped, Maggie and Ankiak went walking the rest of the road.They
slept in a boat. In the morning the dog heard something, the dog ran and Maggie followed until they
saw a small ice island where they stayed with their familly, Maggie rescued them with the boat and
this is all.
