People that see recognition are encouraged about their
ability to contribute and see the results of contribution.
How does an applause board work?
Peers send recognition of contribution to an applause board system including;
*Contributors Name(s)
*Contribution
*Result
*Senders Name
Peers vote (1-5) on each applause submission.
A calculation is made (sum of votes divided by count of voters for each submission).
Supervisors / Managers vote (1-10) on each applause submission.
A calculation is made (sum of votes divided by count of voters for each submission).
Final calculation is made (sum of each calculation).
Contributor(s) with highest calculated score displayed via applause board system;
*Contributors Name(s)
*Contribution
*Result
*Senders Name
*Applause Award*
An applause board is configurable;
- Sender and contributor data retention.
- Multiple administrative configurations.
- Plug in company address book.
- Anonymize contributor(s) for voting.
- Plug in gift award systems.
- Configure individual applause boards for departments.
