Jordanian Air Force. An advocate of learning and education – during my military career as training
supervisor I developed technical standard operating procedures which has been used during workshops

Job Responsibilities
• Teaching on HVAC ( Air conditioning systems, Refrigeration systems,
heating of building, occupational safety, technical language, technical
tools and controls& instrumentation [electric ,pneumatic& hydraulic]
and other related materials )
• Develop technical standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Facility Coordinator :
• Develop technical content for class room , workshop and site training.
• Provide training as per program and assess the trainees.
• Standardize forms for operation & maintenance of assets operation
Assess technical skills of staff.
• Conduct Technical site audits
Site Operation
• Supportthe maintenance head officer in contactcting with local
vendors as needed.
• Supervise and train technicians (facility employees) and contractors as
needed.
• Manage day to day operation on site and Ensure the functionality of
the base (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.);
• Ensure regular maintenances of the premises, and supervise the
necessary repairs works to be done (if necessary).
• control the follow up of the maintenance and the consumption (fuel,
Electricity, etc.) of equipment
• Follow the equipments status and documentation (working condition,
warranty, costs and maintenance sheets
• Coordinating with specialized service providers
• Develop and implement ppm regime
• Reporting
• Implement preventive maintenance for HVAC & Electrical equipments
such as AHUs, FCUs, Split & window type AC and electrical
distribution systems which also include reactive and repairs
maintenance.
• Supervise the day to day event setups.
• Manage the contractor’s activities & works and make sure that all the
jobs were completed on time without or with minimum interruption to
the office / class and ensure they are meeting the standards.
