SWORN AFFIDAVIT REQUIREMENT
Your account details has been received for transfer of your prize award but our FOREX Key
Tested Transfer {KIT} system indicates that the EFT of your prize falls under {Category F2}
EFT transactions of the Bank of England {BoE}, and requires mandatory compliance with the
{UK21}-Sworn Affidavit of Oath.
Therefore the status of the EFT of your prize to your bank account is temporally pending and
cannot be accomplished without the valid UK21-Sworn Affidavit of oath, sworn at the
Administrative Court Office of the United Kingdom High Court oath. Your UK21-Sworn
Affidavit of oath required for the EFT of your fund can only be sworn at, or procured from the
Administrative Court Office of the UK High Court Registry London and must certify several
details of your award winning claims of the amount $800,000.00 with the Lottery Award.
Your UK21-Sworn Affidavit procurement dossier and reference number

U.K High Court Registry, London. The UK-21-Sworn Affidavit procurement, its stamp duties
and endorsement fees cost a total of ₤820 {Eight Hundred and Twenty British Pounds
Only} payable to the U.K High Court Registry.
The U.K High Court Registry London, upon receiving your UK21-Sworn Affidavit of oath
payment will indicate to our bank for the processing of EFT. Kindly be informed that HSBC
plc will not execute the EFT of your prize to your bank account if the mandatory UK21-Sworn
Affidavit of Oath is not procured accordingly. Also note that the payment of your UK21-
Sworn Affidavit of oath cannot be deducted out of your prize amount due to the
comprehensive Insurance Policy on your award prize by U.K Treasury Department. HSBC plc
must certify that it has transferred or paid out exactly $800,000.00 to your nominated bank
account. You will receive further instructions on how to make this payment when you
demand for it.
Upon HSBC plc confirmation of the receipt of your procured UK21-Sworn Affidavit of oath
from relevant authorities, the EFT of your prize will immediately be executed to your
nominated bank account.
