Mark Miclette discusses the danger of Americans aiding ISIS, and how many citizens of the united states are aiding terrorism.

1. Americans Aiding ISIS
Terrorism is a battle that the United States is embroiled in, and many are looking to the
Middle East as a major point of contention. However, what most people aren’t seeing, is the
news that has recently hit about domestic terrorism. News coming out of the White House is
that there are Americans living in the United States that have traveled to Middle Eastern
countries to train with radical groups. These Americans pose a threat, as they are in favor of
ISIL and ISIS, two battery of radical military groups that pose a serious threat to the United
States and the rest of the world.
The Danger
The danger is in fact real, and while there
are no names being pushed forward, the
message from the White House is clear.
There is danger in the United States right
now, and the FBI is looking into the danger,
as well as figuring out how to thwart any
issues. At press time there are 40 people
that have returned and have been listed as
radicalized. The defense system in the
United States is on the trail of the many
individuals that could pose a threat. Susan
Rice, Obama’s National Security Advisor,
has even gone on record to state that the
United States is tracking the situation very
closely.
Home Grown Terrorist Plots
The United States is no stranger to terrorist plots unfolding. It was only recently that the
Boston Marathon was bombed by two radical individuals, and something of that nature could
in fact occur again, if these radical members of society aren’t thwarted. The FBI alongside
the Department of Homeland Security have issued press, and bulletins to help warn citizens to
be alert. While these individuals may be out in the streets, it is not without any sort of
watch.
The best thing to remember about all of this is that the United States is prepared to take on a
proactive role against ISIL and ISIS. These may be abroad, but those within the country that
are going to try and spark something, are being followed and the citizens of the country
shouldn’t get into a panic.
