
 The score is calculated as follows: the number of perfect orders from
the past 90 days divided by the total number of orders received
during that time.
 Some common issues that can cause orders to register as imperfect:

information in your product details
üLate shipments: When buyers do not receive orders or shipping
confirmations by the promised date
üInvalid or missing tracking information: Incorrect tracking or no
tracking at all may result in buyer complaints. This is reflected with a
