multifamily projects. Including drawings, schedules and FF&E selections.
-Create full construction document sets, finish schedules, lighting, plumbing and electri-
cal schedules.
-Tag finish, lighting and plumbing/electrical plans and elevations.
-Architectural drafting; including full building drawings, elevations and details along with
millwork and furniture details.
-Mark up drawing sets and schedules for redlining.
-Prepare space planning and schematic design solutions to enhance the function and
aesthetics of the building.
-Work directly with an architect to coordinate interior design features, finish details and
finish selections throughout the building.
