This document announces an open forum event to discuss alternative business structures like cooperatives, employee-owned companies, B-Corps, and more. The goal is to share experiences with these models, research, and network with others interested in creative, democratic approaches to business. Participants are encouraged to present on a real-world company using a non-traditional model. The event aims to inspire each other and start implementing these ideas in practice.

these models, and examine realisitically their potential downfalls and how
we can avoid them.

the topic, and most importantly to network with like minded individuals.
