The design of The Source, a private college book store, will evoke a sense of intrigue
and a welcoming feel for all who enter the space. Unlike the typical college
bookstore, The Source will stand out as extraordinary. All in all The Source will

15. elevation restaurant
Elevation will be an upscale yet casual family style dining restaurant. Located in metro
Denver, Colorado, the restaurant will feature a mountain oasis theme. Working with the
Rocky Mountains as a scenic backdrop, Elevation will play on natural elements and
textures. Rusticated stone walls will complement hand-scraped, distressed wood flooring
and rustic wooden beams. Clusters of tall aspen trees and other details in the décor will
add interest while emphasizing height. Natural lighting will dominate during the day, with
colored accent lighting creating a sunset effect at night. Warm, neutral colors,
including cream and brown will add softness and comfort, with reds, yellows and blues
achieving interest and intrigue.
