Alminar is a successful residential development project located in La Cerquilla, Marbella, Spain. Phase I was completed successfully and Phase II will consist of 44 apartments. A
lminar has become one of the most sought after and successful projects
in Marbella. Developed by respected and long established Spanish
company Grupo Insur, (founded in 1945 and listed on the Spanish Stock Ex-
change since 1983), Phase One was hugely successful and the announcement
of Phase Two has already generated huge interest among investors.
Alminar is located in La Cerquilla, regarded as the jewel of Nueva Andalucia,
Marbella’s ‘Golf Valley’, and less than ten minutes’ drive from Puerto Banus
marina and its beaches. Nueva Andalucia itself has an excellent range of res-
taurants, bars and other facilities and is easily accessible via the A7 toll road,
making both Malaga and Gibraltar airports less than 40 minutes’ drive away.
Phase I proved a huge success and Grupo Insur is now ready to begin con-

ments and is set to improve on the already high standards of the first phase.
With construction of Phase II due to break ground before the end of the year
