Alliance structural Initial inspection
was conducted on 23rd April 2014 and
the electrical and fire safety Initial
inspections were conducted on 15th
May 2014 by Bureau Veritas.
CAP Closure Verification Visit (CCVV)
conducted by EIMS (structural
inspection) on 3rd October 2017 and
BD Technology (electrical and fire
inspections) on 7th October 2017.
Our CAP Closure Verification Visit Final
Training Assessment was completed on
19th October 2017. Based on the
audit, our factory’s status has been
rated as “Substantial Completion.”
Project Execution Cost: To implement Alliance
remediation plan HKD budgets was total $
1,157,160.83 USD / 92,572,874 .00 BDT @80
We engaged alliance enlisted consultant and installed
alliance approved UL Listed materials in all aspects of
installation process.
We installed all materials by following alliance
guidelines and BNBC, NFPA, rules.

Automatic Hydrant & Sprinkler System: We
have install auto synchronized Fire Hydrant
& Sprinkler system in our facility. Our Fire
pump has 1250 US GPM capacity as per
hydraulic calculation to maintain standard
water flow till most remote area. Sprinkler
sensor valve auto blast with 65°+
temperature heat, and then check valve send
signal to output module through water flow
inside desire zone. When Fire pump pressure
gauge meter lose respected water pressure then
it auto start 1st Jokey pump, then Electric pump
and if electricity shut down then self generated
diesel engine will auto start to maintain the
required water pressure in the zones.
Beside that a supervisory signal will send signal
to CFDS panel indicating that fire pump is
running and also it will visual the location where
incident (Module location where sprinkler blast
due to fire/heat/other) happened.

3. Central Fire Detection
System (CFDS) Control panel:
We installed UL Listed
addressable central fire
detection system, in our
facility. It detect zone wise
location and indicate a visual
display and alarm to trace and
rectify any incident. After that
through module CFDS panel got
notification of the incident and
it indicate the detected
location and rang the alarm to
whole facility. After that
control panel send the signal to
Fire door magnetic conductor
to release the door leafs &
exhaust fan to stop.
