My summer assignment is to research document
systems and other sources, collect data about Akamai
content, and prepare a sample inventory to be used
for the Content Curation project.
Memorable moment from your summer experience: I had a really fun
time at Tom’s barbeque, it was a great way to meet other interns and
hear about Akamai from its own CEO!!
3. Akamai Foundations for Engineers
• In June, I participated in an interactive four-
day course where several Akamai
professionals spoke about their respective
concentrations to provide an in-depth
background on the company for new hires.
• Not only was this a great way to learn more
about the company, I also was able to take a
lot of the content I learned during it and apply
it to my content curation project.
