Alpha Kappa Psi is a co-ed professional business fraternity that aims to develop principled business leaders through brotherhood, knowledge, integrity, service, and unity. They offer interview skills training, resume building assistance, and a large networking opportunities through active members and alumni. The fraternity welcomes all majors and holds a nine-week pledge process to help students improve their professional skills. Interested students should attend the first formal interview on September 12th to learn more about joining.

2. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
Interview Skills: By pledging you will improve
your interview skills.Through the process,you
will be interviewed then critiqued on what could
be improved upon and what was done correctly.
On occasion,pledges are interviewed based off
questions from jobs/positions that you would want
to apply for.
Resume Building: As a student your resume might
lack professional experience needed to enter the
work force. Build up your experience by adding
pledging and membership at AKPsi.We will review
your resume and address any questions you have.
Limitless Networking: AKPsi is the largest and
oldest Professional Business Fraternity at UTSA.
Therefore we have over 60 active members to
guide you during your college career.We also have
an extensive alumni network of brothers working
in the business world opening doors for job and
internship opportunities.

ACCEPTANCE
Alpha Kappa Psi welcomes all majors.We do
not limit membership to just business majors.
We have members that are engineering,pre-
med,art,multidisciplinary studies and more. As
a co-ed fraternity,we welcome both male and
female students.There is a nine week pledge
process which tests your time management skills,
innovation skills,ability to work well with others
and interpersonal communication.
Throughout this process,members become better
business professionals.

Alpha Kappa Psi’s professional aspects give our
brothers advantages not just in the classroom,but
in the professional world as well.Today’s employers
place great emphasis on skills such as teamwork,
organization,public speaking and interpersonal
communication. Chapter activities allow our
