Sattva Springs – Luxury 4BHK Villas Off Kanakapura Road,
South Bangalore
• Overview: Sattva Springs offers ultra-luxury 4BHK row house
villas (B+G+2 floors), located just 250 meters off Kanakapura
Road in South Bangalore.
• Spanning 5 acres and 25 guntas(245,025 sq. ft.), the project

 Support engineers in analyzing load calculations and material
selection.
3. Estimation & Costing
 Help in calculating material quantities and preparing cost
estimates.
4. Quality Control & Assurance
 Conduct material testing for concrete, steel, and other components.
 Ensure adherence to construction quality standards and regulations.
5. Surveying & Leveling
 Operate surveying instruments like Total Station and Theodolite.
 Assist in land measurement, leveling, and layout marking.

 Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.

and reviewing drawings using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and . cover estimation and costing.
 where interns calculate material quantities and assist in budget tracking. emphasize quality
