 BSR is a process which used for integration of ITSM & BPPM products of BMC.
 BSR 3.0 is an auto process for creation of an event/incident from the faulted machine & assigned it to
proper person.
 BSR keeps the track of open/closed/Resolved incidents.
Responsibilities
 Learned CIF framework (CIF is BMC’s internal framework used for creation of an installer).
 Made an Installer for BSR 3.0 using CIF framework in core Java.
 Used Multi-Threading for simultaneous installation on multiple machines.
 Resolved issues of web service written in Java.
