• Computer with an ability to mimic the functions of human
brain.
• AI is the study of how computer can simulate intelligent
process such as learning, reasoning and understanding
symbolic information in context.

• A chatbot is an AI-based software that simulates a human
conversation with a real person through text or voice.
• Chatbots have conversations with people online, and
developers usually design chatbots in the hope that its users
will not be able to tell whether they’re talking to a person or a

DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR CHATBOT?
• What differentiates Artificial Intelligence chatbots from regular
chatbots is that it is possible for chatbots to “learn” things
