4. SABARMATI ASHRAM
Sabarmati Ashram (also known as Gandhi Ashram, Harijan Ashram,
or Satyagraha Ashram) is located in the Sabarmati suburb of
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, adjoining the Ashram Road, on the banks of
the River Sabarmati, four miles from the town hall. This was one of
the residences of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, generally called
Mahatma Gandhi, who lived there for about twelve years along
with his wife, Kasturba Gandhi
It was from his base here that Gandhi led the Dandi march also
known as the Salt Satyagraha on 12 March 1930.

6. ADALAJ STEPWELL
Adalaj Stepwell or Rudabai Stepwell is a stepwell located in
the village of Adalaj, close to Ahmedabad city and in
Gandhinagar district in the Indian state of Gujarat. It was
built in 1498 by Rana Veer Singh of the Vaghela dynasty of
Dandai Desh. It is an example of Indian architecture work.

8. AKSHARDHAM
Swaminarayan Akshardham in Gandhinagar, Gujarat is a large
Hindu temple complex inspired by Pramukh Swami, the former
spiritual head of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. Located in the
capital of Gujarat, the complex was built over 13 years and is a
tribute to Swaminarayan and his life and teachings. At the center
of the 23-acre complex is the Akshardham mandir, which is built
from 6,000 metric tons of pink sandstone from Rajasthan.

11. GUEST LECTURES IN AMA
1)Inaugural Session By Dr. Bipin Mehta- The Inaugral session of the
guest lectures started with an address from Dr. Bipin Mehta who is a
Civil Engineer by profession, Former NAAC member, former president
of Computer Society of India.
. Dr Bipin Mehta gave us some extremely useful advise of not only
being theoretical but being practical in today’s world. He also spoke
about the different pedagogies and how different styles of
pedagogies can be used to have better opportunities and to be more
innovative.

12. 2)Strength Utilisation by Dr.Snehal Desai-The first speaker of
the guest lectures was Dr.Snehal Desai Senior Vice-president
of Adani Group who spoke about the importance of Strength
Utilisation at this young age in life to help make your future
brighter He runs his own rock band as Blood Brother Band. He
spoke about how discovering oneself or his or her strengths or
what your good at is the hardest thing for a person to do for
which a person needs to be more experimental in life and live
life on your terms. He used not exactly negative way but used
it to bring a positive change in us.

13. 3)Use of IT in business by Dr. Kuntal Patel and Dr.Heena Timani-The
final speakers of the guest lectures was by Dr Kuntal Patel and
Dr.Heena Timani from the field of computers who told us about the
importance of the use of Information Technology in business which
helps a business to grow and become bigger.Dr Kuntal Patel spoke
about how easy it is to start a new website page on the internet with
the help of google, which offers free tools to a user to create a
customized website or webpage on your own within a short span of
time like 5 to 10min which is free of cost, that even enables a person
not from a technological background to create a website for his or
her own business with some small and simple steps, for example for
creation of a webpage you need to go on sites.google.

14. 4)Interpersonal Communication Skills by Dr.Nityesh Bhatt-The
second session was by Dr.Nityesh Bhatt who spoke about
Communication and its importance. He spoke about what
communication is that is “Communication is a process of ideas from
senders to receivers through any communication channel”,
Communication Skills teaches you when to speak, where to speak,
how much to speak. Communication isn’t only verbal but can also be
done with the use of technology for eg.E-mails, Whats App etc.

15. ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE
OF INDIA(EDII)
The government of Gujarat pledged twenty-three acres of land
on which stands the EDI campus. EDI has helped set up twelve
state-level exclusive entrepreneurship development centres and
institutes.Prof. Kavita Gupta was the lecturer for the day and her topic was ‘Why I
chose Entrepreneurship’. An insight into risk bearing combined with
visual aids through a PowerPoint presentation quite clearly portrayed
how similar a start-up is to a new-born child. Moreover, both the
lecturers put across their point with suitable examples in regards,
relatable to the Gen-Y , such as Ola, Uber, House Joy etc.

17. INDIAN INDTITUTE OF MANAGEMANT (IIM)
AHMEDABAD
INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT or better know as IIM, the name
itself has a ring to it and is a dream institute for most of the
management professionals. People said, that we were lucky enough to
visit the campus of an Ivy League school. Established in the 1960s, IIMs
are the most coveted management institutes of India.

19. On last day our energy were low , as it was the last day of our
very exicting journey to Gujarat . But , we sure were excited to
visit one of India’s biggest , and most iconic factory’s , which
was none other than the AMUL dairy factory in Anand .
Before we visited the factory , we haulted at a restaurant ,
named “Sahyog restaurant and lunch home” which was around
1km before AMUL. After our gastric juices were quenched with
delicious gulaab jamuns , we moved on to the factory . This
plant only allowed visitors between 2pm and 4pm so we had to
make the best use of our time there .

20. LEARNING OUTCOME FROM THESE NATIONAL
CREDIT PROGRAMME
Basically what is learning? Learning according to me
accuring knowledge. But I just learnt knowledge from
these trip, I experienced it. This type of experience was
first of these kind for me and I will remember it for my
whole life. Fun, masti and all was excellent but the main
thing was the experience which changed me a little in my
thoughts. These days are the struggle life and if we don’t
make something out of it we could not progress in our
life.
