Mr. Shoukier worked as regional legal manager for Samsung Electronics Egypt for over four years, gaining experience in telecom and information technology law. He focuses on areas like corporate, employment, and business law, advising on business structures and regulations in Egypt.

information technology industry due to his extensive experience with SAMSUN ELECTRONICS Egypt
as regional legal Manager for more than (4) years
Mr. Ahmed Shouker focused on the area of corporate law, employment law and business law locally
and internationally, he was involved in hundreds of restructurings, incorporations of foreign and
domestic companies and advising foreign and local and international investors on the most efficient
vehicles and structures for implementing their investment in Egypt as well as continuing to provide the
clients with advice on all aspects of doing business in Egypt.
Such as the M&A and Capital Markets experience, and he has experience in conducting legal due
diligence on various types of companies including telecommunication, information technologies, real
estate, investment companies, brokerage, and holding companies.

and transactions with SAMSUNG.
