Brazil produces a wide variety of fruits including passionfruit, dragon fruit, cashew, acerola, acai, and guava, which are used to make juices, jams, jellies, and desserts and provide nutritional and economic benefits to the country. Fertilization and technology have allowed Brazilian agriculture to increase both production and productivity in recent decades.
