⮚ “FARM CONNECT SERVICES” is an emerging start-up it’s main purpose is to
help farmers benefit from contract farming opportunities.
⮚ Aim to AVOID FARMER EXPLOITATION from faulty contract agreements.
⮚ The key product is CONTRACT FRAMING BROKING PLATFORM and on the top
of it a high revenue generating FARM INPUT SERVICES business is build with a
solid strategy backed by STRONG DATA ANALYTICS.
⮚ Our vision towards growth is using data analysis and building better solutions
that provide farmers efficient models and techniques of farming make them
move towards profit maximization and sustainable business organizing.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
It is an agreement between farmers and agri-
product based business.
For production and supply of agricultural
produce under forward agreements majorly at
pre determined prices.
WHAT IS CONTRACT FARMING?
Why should farmers adopt contract farming?
 More than 90% of farmers in India have no idea how much profit they will make
at the end of harvest. Why?
 They don’t know what will be the market prices post harvest or about any
calamities that may happen which can ruin the complete crop.
 As a result of which then commodity price may shoot-up high.
 Depending upon market and weather conditions and that’s why farmers have no
clue on how much they earn until they complete the harvest and find a buyer.
 BUT, we are trying to protect farmers produce from not being effected by market
conditions through educating and on-boarding them into farming contracts with
agri-businesses.
 By this way farmer is completely assured about the income that he will make
even before the seeds are sown.
Who do we serve?
We serve two types of people/ businesses:
 Firstly, the farmers who are in the farming
business from quite sometime and are
willing to grow through the adoption of
contracting farming.
 Secondly, the conglomerates agri-
enterprenures, agri-based enterprises who
want to get into contract farming mode of
procuring the raw material and building
future ready supply chain for their
businesses in advance.

2.VALUE- ADDED SERVICES.
 This is the hidden gold mine of the business.
It’s possible with the OIL OF 21st CENTURY i.e.,
DATA.
 With data of the farmers deal and all his
details regarding business we come up with
most efficient solutions for him.
 Since we already built a good relationship,
farmers will be more inclined towards
choosing our products and services.
 Using all the information regarding farmer we
curate good offers at the right time and sell
him the services targetedly.
 This is the riskiest segment of the whole business.
 We with the data available check all the credit
history and loan repaying behavior of farmers in
past and categorize them accordingly on the risk
involved.
 We then cater loans to farmers with low default
risk.
 The interest rate varies between 8%-12%.
LOGISTICS SERVICE
 This Service is provided to agri-businesses.
 Aims at minimizing the post harvest losses and
delivery the produce with atmost economical form
to the company's godown.
 This also includes shipping of produce to foreign
countries in case of Global Client.
 This Segment yeilds solid margins from global
clients.
LOGISTIC SEVICES
 Leasing necessary FARM MACHINERY such
as TRACTORS, SPINKLERS, HAVESTORS, and
other needed equipment.
 Only on the basis of RENT.
 Will be setting up godowns in regions with
high equipment usage.
 Special focus on IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT.
 Plans to enter HYDROPONICS and
AQUAPONICS.
LEASING BUSINESS
LEASING & RENTING
 High Profit Margin Business segment.
 Deals with selling of agri-inputs like FERTILIZERS,
PESTICIDES, MANURES, FUNGICIDES etc
 Sells only to TARGETED FARMERS who needs them at the
specific time of cultivation.
