SCRUM als eine der meist verbreiteten agilen Methodiken bezeichnet sich selbst als Framework. Es bietet also eine Sammlung nützlicher Herangehensweisen und ein eher loses Regelwerk. SCRUM lässt gewollt Spielraum für Anpassungen an eigene Gegebenheiten offen. Bei der Einführung von SCRUM werden aber gerade hierdurch oft elementare Konzepte übersehen und das Konzept damit ad absurdum geführt. Aber auch in einem etablierten SCRUM Team schleichen sich im Laufe der Zeit oft unbemerkt Fehler und Probleme ein, welche den Prozess nach und nach gefährden, werden sie nicht frühzeitig wahrgenommen. Dieser Vortrag soll daher erklären, welche Fehler sich bereits bei der Einführung von SCRUM vermeiden lassen. Vor allem aber soll gezeigt werden, wie man sich davor schützen kann, Agilität nicht zu verlernen und sich mit der Zeit immer weiter von seinem Ziel zu entfernen. Er soll Vorschläge und Anregungen bieten, wie man das tägliche Stand-Up Meeting nicht zur wertlosen Pflicht werden lässt und wie man Retrospektiven effektiv nutzt, um sich langsam einschleichende Fehler und Probleme zu identifizieren und zu beseitigen.

“F*** the process“? - Oder was für eine funktionierende Organisation benötigt wird

Abstract: Der Vortrag erzählt eine Geschichte aus dem Eco-System der mimacom und fokussiert auf die Verbindung von sogenannten „traditionellen“ und „modernen“ Welten. In diesem Fall CMMI und Agilität.
mimacom ist seit dem August 2012 als einzige Schweizer Unternehmung CMMI Level 5 zertifiziert und hat es als eines von wenigen Unternehmen weltweit geschafft, Level 5 auf der Basis von agilen Frameworks zu erreichen.
Bloss eine weitere Zertifizierung oder was hat dies der mimacom für einen Nutzen gebracht? Wurde überhaupt ein Nutzen generiert? Was sind die Schattenseiten dieser Implementation?
Insbesondere diesen Fragen möchten wir Manage-Agile Vortrag auf den Grund gehen und einen Beitrag aus der Praxis für die Praxis leisten. Die gewonnenen Erfahrungen werden aus einer Management Sicht präsentiert, ohne das Detail aus den Augen zu lassen, denn es sind die kleinen Dinge, die schlussendlich zählen.
Bezug zum Management: Insbesondere werden die folgenden 3 Fragestellungen behandelt:
1. Wie mit agilen Frameworks und CMMI gearbeitet werden kann.
2. Wieso CMMI keine starren Prozesse voraussetzt.
3. Wie die Organisation trotz Prozessframework flexibel gestaltet werden kann und wo die Gefahren eines Over-Engineering liegen.
Joscha Jenni ist Referent der Manage Agile 2015
Joscha Jenni leitet den Bereich Projekte & Projektmanagement in der mimacom ag und ist Mitglied des Management Teams. Er arbeitet als Projektleiter und Berater im Bereich Software Entwicklung und ist ein Enthusiast für schlanke und agile Ansätze. Seit mehreren Jahren beschäftigt er sich mit der Implementierung von agilen Frameworks in KMUs und im Enterprise Bereich.

Steve Blank visited Helsinki from September 5-9, 2011 to speak with universities, startups, investors and the media. His schedule was packed with events each day, including faculty talks, panels, workshops, lectures and interviews. The goal of his visit was to encourage Finland to radically change its approach to entrepreneurship education by focusing more on practical learning and treating startups differently than large companies. He emphasized that failure should not be stigmatized and different types of startups require distinct skills that can't be taught through traditional business programs.

has a successful track record of startup creation. He was the co-Founder & Director

muru-D, he is responsible for attracting and selecting high-potential technology startups
and then working with them to drive significant, global, long-term success. After many
years in Australia, Mick recently moved to Silicon Valley.
We spoke to him to understand how large corporates can improve the
way they innovate. Mick explains why entrepreneurs need to lead innovation initiatives at big corporates.
He also highlights the importance of proximity to tech hubs: “Innovation and entrepreneurship are about the 10,000 tiny discussions that are greatly helped
by proximity.”

and then working with them to drive significant, global, long-term success. After many
years in Australia, Mick recently moved to Silicon Valley.

Enterprises that are more agile and adaptable are more able to succeed in an Information Age world that demands they do more with less, faster, while traditional boundaries blur, and the rules of engagement change. Succeeding in such a world requires that organizations skillfully manage information about their products, customers, suppliers, markets, assets, and liabilities. Fortunately, most enterprises are skilled in such matters. But succeeding in the world of today, and to a even greater extent in the world of tomorrow, also demands that enterprises master the management all of the knowledge about itself, including details about all of its people and processes, intelligence and knowledge, things and places, timings and motivations, plans and measures, rules and jobs, structures and more. We are in the early stages of developing such skills and capabilities. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is the name of this emerging discipline.
EA represents a new way of thinking about and managing the enterprise, including its information technologies. EA is all about achieving the vision of bridging the chasm between strategy and implementation, of capturing all the knowledge about the enterprise and making it available in real time for every imaginable management need, and of having a shared “language” of words, graphics, and other depictions to discuss, document, manage, and make decisions about every important aspect of the enterprise. EA is key to being agile, adaptable, interoperable, integrated, lean, secure, responsive, efficient, effective, and thereby more able to succeed in the Information Age.
