1) Age UK Oldham provides a shopping delivery and safe at home service using a refrigerated delivery van donated by the Co-operative supermarket.
2) They receive around 80 referrals per year mostly from social services, family, and health professionals to help those who are physically frail (51%), housebound (26%), or have memory loss/dementia (15%).
3) Staff take orders, shop at the Co-operative supermarket, check orders through a dedicated till, load the refrigerated van, and deliver the orders with staff putting away groceries in 60% of cases.

The day before delivery the
