1. AFOS Dues and Payments<br />Due to the recent passing of Dave Simpson, AFOS financial ledgers are under transition. Please be assured that your AFOS/AOA dues payments by credit card/debit card/Paypal past and present are NOT affected during this transition period so please continue to submit your dues payments with confidence. All payments submitted are securely received and linked automatically into our electronic financial ledger. <br />AFOS WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Any checks already sent to AFOS will be cleared from our organizational bank account. All others will be returned to sender.<br />As a reminder, please make at least a ¼ payment ($200.50) toward your 2011 AOA dues by 15 April 2011. Our AOA affiliation size and House of Delegate representation are primarily based on your paid AOA dues!<br />You may have received recent information about statement balances that may not be accurate either via email or on your dues statement pages on the website. We are currently working with our software development design team to enact corrections. In the meantime, please use this guide to help you navigate your dues summary page. All 3 green arrows represent accurate balance information. The top green arrow points to your most current combined AFOS/AOA dues balance. Ignore the balance represented by the red arrow. <br />For any dues discrepancies, we require you first update your AFOS web profile by logging in and clicking “update profile”. Key information to update are email address, physical address, and phone number (all required).
