3. ANZAC day football vs Every year on ANZAC day there is a football match, with the teams Collingwood and Essendon. Essendon and Collingwood play on ANZAC days for more than 150 years. Collingwood also won the first ANZAC day football match.

5. Dreamtime football vs The dreamtime football is celebrated every year with the teams: Richmond and Essendon. The teams vs. each other at the MCG which is nicknamed the G. Richmond won the dreamtime metal for 2008. Richmond also won the first dreamtime match.
