Is a state in the South-Central region of the United States.
History
Spanish explorer Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca and an unknown number of companions were the first Europeans
to land on what is now Texas territory, at the western end of Galveston Island, on November 6, 1528.
An interesting fact: Texas has seen six flags fly over its land.
Geography
Due to its great extension, the State of Texas has diverse geographic zones;
- The coasts of the Gulf of Mexico
- The Apalachicola basin
- Cross Timbers
- The Texas panhandle
- The Llano Estacado
- Edwards Plateau
- And the Cultivation of cotton, corn and cattle raising.

Is a state in the Midwestern region of the United States.
History
Missouri, originally part of the Louisiana Purchase, was admitted as a state in 1821.
An interesting fact: Iced tea was invented in Missouri in 1904 at the St. Louis World's Fair by Richard Blechyden.
