Adolf LABAK has over 30 years of experience in the fields of CBRN defence, military operations and planning, and civil-military cooperation (CIMIC). He has held positions at the JCBRN Defence Centre of Excellence contributing to lessons learned efforts and countering hybrid threats. He also served as an observer/trainer at the NATO Joint Warfare Centre and worked on Czech Armed Forces participation in NATO exercises. LABAK received his Master's in engineering and political science from the Military University of Vyskov and is currently pursuing his PhD in risk management and military/non-military threats from the Defence University of Brno.
